I just did update to ios6.1.6 on my old 3GS iPhone worked for me for hmmm 8years or so. Dont recall when I got the phone. But now I cant even get it to work for me, and I have spent $100s on adding. Please, dont leave me with this app not working for me. Tears ;(
Thank you for fixing the ability for me to download already purchased versions onto my new phone. Now I can use this excellent bible study app again!
Its so cool to tap your way through Gods word and learn so much more in so much less time. The addons are pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. Cant wait for iPhone 5 support! If you have any issues, simply email support and they get back you right away!!
My wife and I love this software. The only problem is they only allow the software on four devices. When we upgraded our phones and iPads over the years we had problems getting the software to register on new devices. Also, after about a month of emailing and waiting on a response from their support we finally got it resolved.
This has not worked with my air 2 please update this app with iOS upgrade. Thank You!
I used to love the app for its many functions. However, even after deleting the app, re-installing and restoring bookmarks as instructed on their website, it still is a buggy app. For instance, the highlighting feature either gives and error message or crashes. This is very frustrating, particularly when in church and trying to focus on the message. Again, while I love the concept and have purchased multiple translations for use on this app, it is unreliable.
This expensive app wont open anymore - crashes immediately upon opening. Useless....
This app was the best and I used it daily. However as of the last update, it crashes every time I start it. Cannot get it to do anything. Just a waste of space now. So sad
This app will not work properly in iOS 8. It worked fine in iOS 7. Its a nice app if you dont intend to upgrade. Im disappointed, but not much I can do other than move on to another app, which I have.
I have used this app for years and love it. However be forewarned the company appears to have gone awol. Support does not respond and their website hasnt been updated in years. Its great as a standalone reader but if you save notes or bookmarks understand those may not be available in the future from their backup server. This is shame because it really is a great app.
The last time Mantis did an update was way back in 2013... The app would work IF they would update their app! I shouldt have to uninstall and reinstall an app just to get it to work. I dont have to on any other app!!! This was the only app I used and liked.
WAS a great program. Quit working after iOS 8 and hasnt opened since. Doesnt look like anything on the horizon to correct this. What a waste!
Ive been using the Mantis app for several years and it works good. Love the search and love the fact its free!!
Ive used this app for years, have recommended it to friends, and invested several hundred dollars in add-ons. But it feels like the app has been orphaned, and Im worried about my investment. In years past responses from support have been warm, almost instantaneous, and cheerful. Now I get silence. Its still a great app, but I wont invest any more in an app with no support.
I use an iPhone, and iPad with the latest iOS 8.4.1 update. The app continues to crash. The app has very valuable tools, and they are much needed on a daily basis. One thing we have learned is not to do anything that will be a grievous burden to others, and not to provoke (i.e., irritate) one another according to Galatians 5:26. That said, and along with the customers needs and satisfaction being one of the highest (if not the highest) rate of concern with the company providing the service, there has to be a way for the Mantis technical staff to find a solution, and meet their customers satisfaction. Besides, the customers are the main reason why Mantis is still operational. Please consider fixing the problem, and eliminate the discomfort that it causes when it crashes. I have been a customer for at least 12 years. That alone speaks volumes. Thank you in advance for your support, D. Rudolph Gibson

Ive had this app now on a few different devices from iPads to iPhones to Samsungs. The cross-referencing on the Mantis platform is the best period. Just contacted customer support to subtract one of my old devices since I just got another new device (forgot to deregister) & they got right back to me. Been with Mantis for years now. This is why I love these guys :) Scott Sepanek
I have my doubts whether thisn Company care about an "up to date app" I Requested Multitasking January 2012 and it have not been added (poor app with it). Now it Read one Verse and stop. Poor Maintance if any. Josh
